Abstract : The role of family physicians within the preventive strategy increasingly comes to the fore. For breast, cervical and skin cancers screening, the general practitioner can play an active and useful part during his normal activity in favour of his patients. To help him, adequate screening records, possibly joined to the global medical report, would be an useful tool. Within a pilot-study, we intend to develop such a tool and to assess its value in a forthcoming pilot-study
