Abstract : Priapism is a prolonged erection lasting more than four hours. In most cases, it is a surgical emergency. Trazodone is one of the molecules that can cause priapism. This constitutes a real challenge in the management of these patients, who are often young, to avoid too bad impact on erectile function. We report the case of a 34-year-old man.
