Abstract : Uterine lipoleiomyoma is a rare and benign pathology whose etiopathogenesis is still poorly understood. Benign cystic teratoma of the ovary constitutes its main and primordial differential diagnosis because of the different treatments. Pelvic MRI is the best imaging technique to confirm the diagnosis.
