Abstract : We describe a case of atypical miliary tuberculosis diagnosed by molecular testing in a patient suffering from psoriasis arthritis treated by adalimumab. Tuberculosis may have a non-classical presentation in patients under biological treatments. We briefly discuss the difficulties underlying the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis, especially in patients suffering from fever of unknown origin.
