Abstract : Osgood-Schlatter disease (osteochondosis of the tibial tubercle) is a common and benign disease which usually affects sportpracticing teenagers during their adolescence. Traditionally, its treatment includes total restriction from sport during several months. The latest recommendations, however, are more lenient and adapt all restriction of such practice to the level of pain experienced by the patient. Indeed, this pathology is unlikely to generate any complication and potential sequelae should be surgically managed once the patient has reached adulthood.
