Abstract : We describe the case of a 68 year old lady with a pectus excavatum, chronic cough, dyspnoea, and fever. The CT scan showed fibronodular infiltrates and bronchectases. Bacterial culture revealed a Mycobacterium avium-intracellulare infection. A tritherapy was initiated and, 10 months later, the patient had greatly improved.
