Abstract : Both cocaine and crack exert sympathetic and prothrombotic effects. The induced lesion may affect the skin, as well as other organ systems. Various types of vasculitis and infectious dermatoses are the predominant issues. In addition, tactile and visual hallucinations may occur suggesting insect crawling underneath the skin.
