• Hepatitis B reactivation in an Ag HBs negative patient

    Abstract : A 66-year-old man, Ag HBs negative, suffering from glomerulonephritis was treated with prednisone. Hepatitis B reactivation was observed after increasing and regression of corticotherapy. Pathogenesis, efficient therapy and prevention of reactivation of hepatitis B will be reviewed.
