    Abstract : The infection by Chlamydia trachomatis is a serious infection that affects the male and female tractus, and that induces complications such as infertility and extrauterine pregnancy. The antibiotic treatment needed must necessarily reach the intracellular milieu to be efficient enough to eradicate the infection.
