    Abstract : Infrarenal mycotic aneurysms are rare. The classic symptomatic triad is abdominal pain, fever and a pulsatile, rapidly growing abdominal mass. We present two cases of mycotic abdominal aneurysm, recently managed. The principles of diagnosis and treatment of mycotic aneurysm are reviewed and discussed
